Add/Drop Policy
The Deparment of Psychology follows UC San Diego's deadlines for adding, dropping, and wait-listing classes. Adding a class after the deadline is allowed only in exceptional cases such as a verified clerical error by a college or department.

It is each students' responsibility to be aware of deadlines and adhere to them. Make sure to check what classes you are enrolled in before enrollment deadlines.
Grading Policy
Effective Fall 2008, the Academic Senate has informed the Office of the Registrar of an addendum to the regulation on “W” grades [500(F)(3)].
Students are now only permitted one “W” grade per course at UCSD. This regulation pertains to “W” grades received beginning Fall 2008 and later. Any “W” grades received prior to Fall 2008 will not be effected by this new regulation.
