Student email (Student AD login)

Support on how to access your student email can be found: https://students.ucsd.edu/campus-services/technology/computers/index.html

Employee email (Business AD login)

If you do not know your email or password, go to https://password.ucsd.edu/ to create a password for your employee email. You will need your employee ID/number, Birthdate, and your last for digits of SSN. If you are not receiving any password reset link,  your 'inbox' for your employee email may have NOT been created yet. Check in with the IT. 

Business Single Sign on (SSO)

Common needs for SSO include access to egrades (if grad instructor), timecards, and to submit reimbursements on concur.

If you are locked out of your account and/or cannot access it, reach out to a department DSA so they can resume the account and confirm that you have an account: https://iam.ucsd.edu/dsasearch/deptList 

  • When you reach out, including as much of  the information below, speeds up the process:

      • Name

      • Business system account ID (if you already have one),

      • UCSD Employee email 

      • UCSD employee ID

      • Student PID

      • Student email
