Transfer Preparation
An Announcement for Psychology Transfer Student Applicants
All students planning to transfer to UC San Diego (UCSD) as majors within the Psychology Department (including Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience) are highly recommended to complete at least three major preparation courses to stay on track with their Psychology major at UCSD. Please see ASSIST for equivalency information.
***NOTE: We strongly suggest that you consider completing as many of our transfer major preparation courses as possible based on the major of your choice. All lower-division (LD) major coursework will need to be completed before you will be eligible to graduate from UC San Diego, and working on doing so before you transfer will help you stay on track.
